Mom's Danish Crepes

Ingredients
1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal3 large eggs1/4 cup wheat germ3 cups 1 % milk1 cup Whole Wheat FlourSplenda and salt to taste1 TBSP Olive Oil
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour batter on a hot griddle.

Makes 12 large crepes.

Fill with your favorite fillings.
