Chicken Chow Mein Stir Fry

Directions
Season the chicken with the Chinese 5 Spices and set aside. Boil 3 cups of water add the Chow Mein Noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes .Cut up all the vegetables and set aside. In a wok pour the oil and turn up the heat to medium. Start adding the vegetables starting with the broccoli, carrots and the garlic cook for 2 minutes and add the chicken, onions, mushrooms and cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Drain the Chow Mein Noodles and add to the chicken stir fry with the stir fry sauce and red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to taste and stir until everything is mixed together.
