Warm Potato and Tomato Salad with Chick Peas

Ingredients
1 potato1 clove garlicshallots 2 tsp. olive oil1/4 c. chick peas1 c. kale1 medium red tomato3 basil leaves
Directions
Microwave potato
Sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil
Chop potato and add it.
Add chick peas, basil, and kale.
When done spit in two portions.
Add chopped tomato.
