1/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise1/2 cup 0% Chobani plain Greek yogurt1 garlic clove, minced extremely fine1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp salt½ tsp black pepper6 cups broccoli, finely chopped1 1/4 cups jicama, chopped into very small pieces1 very small red onion, finely chopped6 slices cooked thick-cut peppered bacon, finely chopped3 tbsp dried cranberries, finely chopped
In large bowl, whisk mayo, yogurt, minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
