Pumpkin Blondies Low Calorie

Ingredients
2/3 cup + 2 T white flour1/3 cup wheat flour.5 T pumpkin pie spice.5 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp baking soda (add a little extra).37 tsp salt1 stick butter1/3 cup brown sugar1 T white sugar2 T liquid egg substitute1 tsp vanilla1/2 of 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. grease an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Cream butter & sugar; add egg and vanilla. Add pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet. Mix just until combined. Try adding chocolate chips, almonds, or walnuts! Bake for 35-40 min.
