Lower-Carb Brownies

Ingredients
1 stick butter1/3 cup (or 5-1/3 Tablespoons) Cocoa Powder6 packets Splenda1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup almond meal1/4 cup all-purpose flour2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" square baking pan with Pam.

Melt butter on stovetop or in microwave. Add cocoa powder, sugar, and Splenda to butter and blend. Add in vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Blend. Beat two eggs and add to mixture. Now add almond meal and flour. Blend. Pour into prepared baking pan. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 brownies.
