Lentil Patties

Ingredients
0.422 cup red lentils0.9 cup water0.25 tsp salt1 egg30 grams bread crumbs0.1 cup almond flour0.5 tbsp chili powder0.5 tbsp curry powder0.25 tbsp cinnamon (or less, if you don't trust me! ;)0.5 tbsp nutmeg1 tsp white pepper2 tbsp fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil1 tsp olive oil (or more if wished)
Directions
Boil the red lentils in the salt-seasoned water for 10 minutes. Add the egg, (whole-wheat) bread crumbs, almond flour and seasonings and stir until the mixture is even. Put a pan on the stove and let the olive oil warm up, then form the patties with wet hands and let them get brownish on each side. This will take approx. 5 min per side. Enjoy!
