8oz Fresh/Frozen Cooked Salmon (canned will work-drain)1/4 C Bread Crumbs1 Large Egg1 TBSP Lemon Juice2 Slices of Onion, Finely ChoppedMix ingredients togetherDivide into 4 sections (approx 3.5oz each), pat them tightly together and place in Lightly spray coated pan.
Since the Salmon is precooked, you only need to cook them enough to cook the egg, but do not dry them out..about 5 Minutes on each side, med/high heat.
