Lasagna

Ingredients
1 LB ground beef2 cups Cottage Cheese2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded1 pkg lasagna noodles1/4 teas onion powder1/4 teas garlic powder
Directions
brown ground beef, drain and season with garlic powder and onion powder. Add Sauce and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. add 1/2 the meat sauce to 9x13 baking dish (or deep lasagna pan). Layer UNCOOKED lasagna noodles, then 1/2 the cottage cheese followed by 1/2 the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Put the rest of the meat sauce onto the cheese followed by lasagna noodles, cottage cheese and shredded cheeses.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover and cook for 40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes full 9x13 baking dish
