Sprouted bean soup

Ingredients
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot Celery, cooked, 4 stalks Onions, raw, 1 large Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove sprouted bean trio, 264 gram - 2 cups(s)
Directions
Add olive oil to large pot. Heat oil while slicing onions. Add to pot. When onions are nice and soft add 2 cloves garlic. Chop up 4 stalks celery. Add. Chop up two carrots (quartering) and add. Season with salt as going along. Throw in 2 cups of dried sprouted bean medley. Pour in 1 litre of chicken stock, add 4 more cups of water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 mins.
