Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
2 - 3 ounces fully cooked Chicken Breast 2 cups shredded lettuce2 tablespoons (low fat/calorie) Creamy Caesar1/2 cup cucumber (with peel)1/2 cup red ripe tomatoes1/4 cup shredded cheese*optional ingredientscaesar croutons1/2 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
Directions
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces

2. Combine all ingredients (except oranges) into a large bowl.

3. Lightly toss - making sure dressing is evenly distributed. Top salad with mandarin orange pieces.

Salad is enough for ONE serving.
