Ingredients
Ingredients:Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed(remove)*Flour, white, 0.75 cup(remove)Olive Oil, 4 tbsp(remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz(remove)
Directions
Shred the zucchini, combine everything else except the oil. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and dump about a tablespoon of the batter. Wait until it browns then place on a paper towel. Serve immediately
