    Good
I actually enjoyed the fact that this was quite mild and bland because we had it with cajun blackened salmon so I wanted to be able to taste the salmon and the spices on it. I found the celery and onions pleasantly crunchy and cooked it on a low heat so that the water would absorb more slowly - 10/7/09

    O.K.
I expected much more savory flavor from a "cajun" dish. I added extra spices and this dish was still bland. I also ended up with too much water in the finished product. I might make this again, but with modification to measurements and spices. - 9/28/09
