Chelles Pot Roast w/oven Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
*London Broil, 16 oz *Beef Bullion 4 cubesOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Water, tap, 3 cup
Directions
season meat and put in crock pot, mix bullion with water and pour over meat, cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 3-4 hours. After meat is fully cooked and falls apart. Remove meat and place in container to keep warm. Place chopped veggies in a oven safe baking dish and pour liquid from meat over veggies and bake at 350 for 40-60 min untill veggies are soft.
