Ingredients
3lbs Ripe Tomatos Cores Removed1 head of garlic cut in half and coated w/ olive oil1T Olive OilPinch salt and pepper1T Fresh Basil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450
spray baking dish w/ olive oil
toss tomatos w/ olive oilve
place garlic face down
cover with foil and roast for 1 hour
combine tomatos, basil and squish the garlic into food processor and puree.
