Mississippi Clayworks French Bread

4 c. flour 2 1/4 t yeast1 3/4 c warm water1 1/2 t salt2 T olive oil
Mix ingredients in bowl. Knead about 10 min on floured counter. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and separate into two loaves. Let rise about 20 mins. Bake at 375F for 30-40 mins.
