Kale salad

Ingredients
Two bunches of Kale (1/2 lb)1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)1/2 cup raisins (chopped)3 tbsp vinegar (white or cider)1.5 tbsp olive oil1.5 tbsp honey1 tsp lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Finely chop the kale. Also chop raisins and toast almonds. In a small dish, mix together vinegar, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Mix together chopped kale, almonds, and raisins and drizzle dressing over top. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
