Banana Applesauce Bread

Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Baking Powder, 1 tablespoonCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp*Egg white, 4 serving Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Buttermilk, lowfat, .5 cup (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/3 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Walnuts (or almonds), .5 cup, chopped Raisins, .5 cup (not packed)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress F. Lightly coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, mix dry ingredients (except nuts and raisins)
3. In another medium bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy.
4. In large bowl, mix all wet ingredients (except egg whites)
5. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix until just blended. Fold in egg whites then add walnuts and raisins.
6. Pour into loaf pan and sprinkly lightly with more crushed nuts.
7. Bake for 55minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
