Baked Okra (alt to fried)

1c HEB Premium Cesar Croutons1tbsp kraft ranch dressing1c cut okra (about 1/2 in slices)
cut okra into 1/2 in slices and toss in ranch dressing. Then toss in crushed croutons. I used my food processer to break these up into a really fine bread crumb type mix, a rolling pin and freezer bag also works well. place in pie pan (or other baking dish) lined with foil. give it a quick spray with oil or butter. Bake @ 350 for 40 min. season with a little salt at the end. These are great with marinara or by themselves.
I entered the ingredients whole, but i had a lot of croutons and ranch that got tossed cause it didn't stick to the okra so the calculated nutritional info is actually a little off.
