Curried chicken with mushroom and broccoli

2 boneless chicken breasts1/2C Onions, julienned1C sliced mushrooms1C chopped broccoli1T Curry (medium or hot)4T Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/2C Nonfat Milk1C Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice
*Cut chicken into 1inch pieces. Heat pan on medium-hiogh heat and then spray with cooking spray and then place oinon in pan and cook 2-3 mintes or until beginning to soften. Add chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Once shicken has cooked, add mushroom and broccoli, cook until just tender.
*Add curry powder and sour cream to pan and mix well. Then addmilk and turn heat down to low. Heat until warm but not boiling.
*Serve half of the mixture over 1/2C cooked brown rice and enjoy!
