Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Butter, salted, 25 grams *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Honey, .6 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 2 dash
Directions
Cut the onion into wedges about 1 inch wide and separate the different thicknesses.
Detail the cutlets into thin strips.

In a wok or skillet over high heat saute chicken in butter.
When barely colored on all sides add the oil, onion, salt and pepper. Stir a few minutes then add garlic and cinnamon. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well. Pour water and dilute one teaspoon of honey. Boil down to a rolling boil.

When there is little liquid remains add the soy sauce and honey, remove from heat and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve with rice, fried noodles or broccoli al dente '.

An alternative is to mix all the ingredients into a marinade for chicken skewers.
