Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
Carnation Fat Free Evaporated Milk, 120 tbsp/ 5 cansJello Brand Strawberry, 8 serving/ 1 boxGranulated Sugar, 2 cupStrawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, pureedMilk, 2%, 2 cupEgg, fresh, 2 largeSalt, 1/4 tspVanilla Extract, 2 1/4 tsp
Directions
In sauce pan, combine eggs, sugar, salt, & milk, cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thick enough to coat a metal spoon or is at least 160 degrees F. Cool by putting pan in ice and stirring the mixture. Cover and refrigerated overnight or freeze immediately. When ready to freeze, pour custard and vanilla into the cylinder of an ice cream freezer according to it's instruction.
