Ingredients: 1% milk 2/3 cup; Cocoa powder unsweetened 1/3 cup; White Sugar 3/4 cup; Vanilla 1 teaspoon; Mix sugar milk and cocoa in a saucepan. Whisk until it boils. Boil for one minute. Turn off add one teaspoon of vanilla. Serve over a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich! Yum!
