Andi's Jamaican Jerk Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Use White Wine Vinegar (you can use others but white wine vinegar is nice and a little sweet, cider vinegar would make another good choice)1/3 cup White Wine or other semisweet light/fruity vinegar4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1-2 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk marinadeDash Salt4Tablespoons Honey or sugar (honey adds a different flavor element)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients to taste, shake well before serving. The honey helps balance the heat and acid of the Vinegar and Jerk Marinade. It also works well with the milder jerk BBQ sauce but use twice as much or more sauce.
