1 (12 ounce) package sausage3 tbs butter1/4 cup flour3 cups 2% milksalt and pepper to taste
Place sausage in a large deep skillet. Cook over med. heat until evenly brown. Remove with slotted spoon, leave drippings in pan. Sir in butter until melted. Add flour and wisk until smooth and lightly brown. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickens. Season with salt and pepper, stir in cooked sausage. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 - 15 minutes.
