my tandoori chcken

Ingredients
8 chicken leg quarters no skin3 tbs tandoori spice1 lemon.5 cup non fat plain yogurtsalt to taste
Directions
skins and separate the legs from the thighs. cut 2-3 slashes to to bone on each pieces. sprinkle with a bit of salt and the juice of half of a lemon rub in making sure to get in slashes.
mix the spices with the yogurt and enough lemon juice to blend nicely.
put the chicken and marinade into a resealable bag and massage till well mixed put in fridge over night or for a few hours to let flavours absorb into meat. massage every time you open you fridge.
you can either broil in the over or cook on the BBQ till the meat is done... BBQ is best if you have wood bbq even better.
serve with lemon slices and green salad and raita if you like it
left overs are great cold in a salad or just as they are if you actually have any
