This was very good. I used ground turkey and also added a little worchestershire sauce to the mix. - 3/10/08

This was pretty good, Next time I think I'll add some more spice and more veggies. I used drained diced tomato and tomato paste (No salt added for either) because I like a thicker consistency. - 5/15/14

This was pretty good. It had too much BBQ sauce for my taste and too much chili powder for my husband's taste, but in general it was pretty good. I will probably try this recipe again with a few minor adjustments. - 3/20/11

Does the calorie content in this include the bun you eat it on? Or just the contents of the sloppy joe???? - 10/14/10

This was good, but you may want to taste it first before adding the chili powder if you don't like your food too spicy. My bbq sauce already had enough "kick" to it! - 9/8/09

Super tasty! Used 1/2 ground beef 1/2 turkey (any little bit that helps eh?) and doubled the recipie for a family dinner and it went over great!!! Thanks for the recipe! Will definately make again! - 1/25/09

This was a GREAT "from scratch" Sloppy Joe. I will totally make this again. Even my husband, who doesn't care for Sloppy Joes anyway, liked it. :) think I added 1 TBSP of Worchestershire Sauce and used 1 TSP of black pepper. - 3/3/08
