100 gr lettuce (iceberg)50 gr cabbage fine cut in strips50 gr cauliflower50 gr sweet red pepper50 gr carrot50 gr onion50 gr tomato50 gr peas50 gr beans50 gr corn50 gr garlic in chili oil50 gr cucumber
Microwave frozen beans, peas, and sweetcorn 3½ minutes, then cool them off in cold water.
Fine cut cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, beans, onion, tomato into cubes, cucumber.
Mix all ingredients so the salad look yummy with all the different colours.
Serve with yoghurt dressing of your choice.
