Pam's Prime Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour whole wheat2 1/2 tsp.baking powder1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or not)1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. cardamom (or not) 1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp. (or 2 packets) stevia1 teaspoon vanilla1 teaspoon banana extract1/3 cup applesauce1 egg or egg equivalent4 very ripe bananas60 pieces of Kroger Dark Chocolate 62% cacao chunks(nuts are optional)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients (including bananas). Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and whatever else you want. Pour into greased (we use Pam) muffin tins or into cupcake liners. Fill them to the top. These will be fairly large. Bake them about 20 minutes or until they look done.
