Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast1 cup broccoli florets, bite sized pieces1 cup seedless red grapes, halved1/8 teaspoon celery seed1 tablespoon raisins1 cup shredded red cabbage1/4 cup chopped green apple1/4 cup chopped scallion1/4 cup diced celeryDressing:1 cup plain nonfat yogurt1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise3 teaspoons curry powder 3 tablespoons lemon juiceFreshly ground black pepper to taste1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard2 tablespoons minched shallot
Directions
Combine the chicken, broccoli, grapes, celery seed, raisins, shredded cabbage, apple, scallions, and celery in a salad bowl.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to blend
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
