Chickpea curry and Rice

Ingredients
1 12oz can Chickpeas drained and rinsed1/2 head Cauliflower chopped, just the flowerettes3 carrots, chopped1.5 cups onions, chopped1 jar of your favorite curry sauce4 cups brown rice, cooked (I used left overs from the night before)
Directions
Saute onions over med-high heat until they are tender. Add Carrots and cook until they are also tender. Add Cauliflower and the jar of sauce. Cook until everything is cooked through. Serve over rice.
