-Chickpeas- 1 cup-Brittnie's Easy Vegan Wasabi Miso "Mayo"- 1 tbsp-Unsalted sunflower seeds, hulled- 1 tbsp-Carrots, chopped into bite-sized pieces- 1 oz-Freshly chopped carrot greens (or parsley)- 1 tbsp-Minced onion- 1/2 tbsp-Spices to taste: *Curry powder *Black pepper *Penzey's Fox Point Seasoning (OR something similar-- this one contains salt, shallots, chives, garlic, onion and green peppercorns)
1) Make Brittnie's Easy Vegan Wasabi Miso "Mayo" (takes about 5 minutes)
2) Combine all ingredients in a bowl until everything is evenly coated
3) Enjoy! Mmmmmm.
