1 Cup organic short grain brown rice2 Cups water

Combine. Bring to a hard boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour. Turn off heat and let the rice sit for an hour to both improve texture and increase the GABA content. GABA is a nutrient that is very calming and good for people who are stressed.
