8 Ounces All-Purpose Flour3/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 cup shortening1/2 cup warm water about 105 degrees.
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients well... Cut in Shortening.. Knead 3 minutes. Cover and let rest 15 minutes. Cut into 8 equal parts...

Use a Tortilla press or roll each tortilla out...

on a flat iron cook for one minute flip. one minute flip, one minute flip.... Eat
