Frances' Citrus Salad

Ingredients
1 average size pink grapefruit2 navel oranges2 minneola's or tangelos1 lemon1 20oz can Pineapple Tidbits in 100% juice
Directions
1.Peel each of your citrus fruits, making sure to remove as much pith as possible.
2. Break into the natural sections,then cut with a sharp knife each section into 3 or 4 pieces (small bite size)
3. Add one can of the Pineapple Tidbits (in 100% pineapple juice)
Gently stir together in a medium bowl and refridgerate over night.
Enjoy
This is especially tasty over a scoop of vanilla ice cream - the juices from the fruit mixing with the melting ice cream is yummy!
Yields about 7 one cup servings.
