Spicy Tomato, spinach & shrimp

2 Cans of Tomato Soup** (as directed with 1 can of water each)1 Cup of Cooked spinach (about a can -drained)12 Large Shrimp1 Clove of garlice chopped3 tsp Sriracha Sauce1 tbsp olive oil**select a low sodium version
Bring the cans of soup to a slow boil
Just before it starts to boil add the 1/2 garlic and spinach
reduce heat and cover
in a small fry pan saute remaining garlic, oil, and shrimp for for about 3 minutes
Tranfer saute to soup
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes
Turn off and serve
Serving Size: 2 large bowls
