Ingredients
kernels from 5 ears of corn3 oz Asiago cheese, shredded2 pats of butter2 eggs1/4 c floursalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix corn, cheese, eggs, flour & salt & pepper in food processor. Pulse lightly. Saute 1/4 cup pancakes in 2 pats of butter.
