Sausage and Green Chile Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
4 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins14 oz Jennie-O Turkey Lean Breakfast Sausage Links (casings removed)10 Eggs1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream8 oz Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1 cup diced Green Chile Peppers
Directions
Spray 9X13 pan with butter flavored cooking spray.

Arrange sandwich thins with insides facing down in bottom of pan.

Brown and crumble sausage. Pour over muffins.

Sprinkle half of green chile peppers over sausage.

Mix eggs and sour cream and pour over sausage.

Sprinkle cheese and remaining green chile peppers over egg mixture.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover and at bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
