Cajun beef tomato vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean beef1.5 cup of onions1 tsp of diced garlic1 can of chicken broth4 cups of water1/2 can of rotel chopped tomatoes and green chilis3 cans of tomato sauce1 can of string beans1/2 can of dark red kidney beans4 large potatoes peeled and cut into pieces1-2 servings of angel hair pasta.season to taste.
Directions
Cut beef into pieces, season to taste. brown beef. Peel and chop potatoes into large bite sized pieces. place all ingredients to crock pot then add 4 cups of water. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 to 12 hours. Season throughout cooking time to taste. I like Tony Chachere seasoning, serve with a very small amount of cooked pasta.
