Crockpot pot roast

Ingredients
3-4 lb beef roast1 10.5 oz can beef broth1 10.5 oz French onion soupFresh ground black pepper
Directions
In a large crockpot, mix together the broth and French onion soup. Place roast into crockpot and grind fresh black pepper over roast. Spoon some f the liquid over the roast and cover and cook on high 2 hours. After 2 hours, turn roast over and cook for another 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 2-4 hours. You can also just cook for 8 hours on low heat.
