Ingredients
Directions
2 sticks butter/margarine (I used Imperial brand stick margarine in the calorie count)1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cups brown sugar1/2 tsp kosher salt2 tsp vanilla extract2 large eggs1 tsp baking soda2 1/4 flour 6 oz (1/2 package or one cup) each of chocolate chips and butterscotch chips (I used safeway brand)
Soften butter/margarine. Mix in sugars, salt, vanilla, eggs & baking soda. Add flour a little at a time and mix well. Add chips a little at a time and mix well.
Using a teaspoon, cookie scoop, or your hands place dough on a cookie sheet. My cookie scoop is fairly small so I end up with more, smaller cookies from any recipe.
Bake at 350 10-12 minutes, then let cool on the pan for a couple minutes before removing to racks.
Serving Size: servings vary by cookie size - mine made 67 - 1 cookie servings
Number of Servings: 67
