KJ Maryland Crab soup

2 cans of vegetable medley (mixed veggies)1 can of minced clams1 can of premium crabmeat2 fish flavor bouillon1 chicken flavor bouillon1 can of hunts tomato petite diced8 cups of water or more3 tsp of old bay seasoningdash of hot sauce (chili sauce hot sauce)black pepperbasil leaves crushed
In a large stock pot, combine basil, bouillon cubes, old bay, hot sauce, pepper to 4 cups of water.
Let bouillon dissolve. Add tomatoes, vegetables and clams with juice. stirring occasionally. simmering... simmering... taste to make sure you don't need to add additional water (sodium is high). Add crab meat reduce heat... simmer... Add additional pepper if necessary (crushed red peppers for a kick)
