Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
1.5 lb Beef Roast3 small Potatoes2 medium Carrots1 Celery Stalk1/4 large Onion
Directions
Chop all ingredients into slightly large bite size pieces. Mix in slow cooker. Add a bit of water (about 1/4 c) to keep from sticking to the bottom. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste (not included in ingredients).
