1 cup light butter1 cup brown sugar splenda blend1/2 cup stevia2 eggs1 tablespoon vanilla1 1/4 all purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda3 cups dry steel cut oats1 teaspoon salt2 cups chocolate chips
pre heat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 min in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool for 5 min. before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
