Hamburger Steaks

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef1 egg1/4 cup bread crumbs1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 cup thinly sliced onion2 tbsp. flour1 cup beef broth
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into equal size balls and flatten into patties.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry patties and onion until patties are nicely browned (about 4 minutes per side). Remove patties to a plate and cover with aluminum foil.
3. Add flour to pan with onions. Stir and gradually add beef broth. Add salt to taste. Simmer and stir for about 5 minutes until thick.
4. Turn heat to low and return patties to the pan. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
