Fresh Garden Salad

Ingredients
2 large red tomatoes, diced1/2 c. diced bell pepper6 green onions, sliced1 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. grated carrots1 small head cauliflower (About 1 1/2 c. chopped)1 c. diced celery1 c. peeled and diced cucumber1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced1 c. sliced radishes1 c. fresh chopped spinach1 1/2 c. diced zucchini or summer squash2 Tsp. chopped cilantro1 fresh lemon
Directions
Prepare all vegetables and place in a large bowl. Mix well. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over and mix. Let stand in refrigerator over night to allow flavors to blend. Serve and Enjoy!
