Low sodium marinara sauce for spaghetti

Ingredients
Tomatoes, canned (or fresh vine), chopped, no salt added, 3.5 cupHunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 0.75 cupOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 4 tspSummer Squash, 1 cup, sliced small chunksChicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cupPepper, red (flakes), 1 tspBlack pepper, 1.5 tspOregano, ground, 1 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbsp Cloves, ground, 1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tspBasil, 1 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Saute chopped onions in extra virgin olive oil until translucent. Add all other ingredients. bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add additional (no salt added) chicken stock or water if consistency is too thick. Red pepper flakes add a little spice/heat, but you can leave them out if desired.
