Grain-Free Bagels

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted1/2 tsp dill1/2 tsp dried chives1/2 tsp dried parsley1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp garlic powder2 TBS parmesan cheese½ tsp Celtic sea salt5 eggs1/4 cup coconut flour1/4 cup unflavored whey protein1 tsp aluminum free baking powderOPTIONAL: 1 tsp guar gum or xanthan gum
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Blend together eggs, coconut oil/butter, salt, and spices.

In a separate bowl, mix coconut and whey with baking powder and guar gum. Blend the dry mixture into the wet until smooth.

Grease a donut pan with coconut oil spray. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 6 bagels.
