Ingredients
1cup boiling water1 teaspoon dry minced onion1 teaspoon beef flavored soup base or bouillon1 teaspoon apple cider vinegarDash Worcestershire sauceDash garlic powder1 saltine cracker1/2 teaspoon grated low fat Parmesan cheese
Directions
Pour 1 cup boiling water into a mug. Stir in the onion, soup base, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Cover and let sit for a couple minutes to rehydrate the onion. Crumble in 1 saltine cracker and sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan. Sip and eat with a spoon as you prefer. Makes one serving.
