Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 large Baking Powder, .5 tspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Truvia Natural Sweetener, 2 serving
Directions
Use a larger coffee mug, i like the wide round ones. Mix all ingredients well. Microwave on high 1 minute. Smaller microwaves may need more time.

Turn mug upside down on plate and shack out muffin. I cut it in half and add butter.
